The plantar fascia in the context of the  Superficial Back Line (SBL)

FORM: It starts from the underside of all five toes PLUS an extra band from abort of the little toe and then comes together into a thick band (called an aponeu "My calves are always tight no matter how much I stretch them!" I hear this A LOT. But what if your calf isn't actually tight?
